Automated LeanJet RB2 Rotary flood washing machine

The LeanJet RB-2 Automated immersion cleaning system processes two (2) industrial standard size baskets of parts per cycle, up to twenty (20) baskets per hour.

The cleaning sequence is the baskets slowly rotate and get spray washed (this floods the wash chamber), flood wash (the action of the flood purges the internals of components being cleaned, after a timed period the wash solution drains quickly to the wash tank, the baskets revolve and drain off. The rinse cycle is the same as the wash with spray and flood washing.

After the rinse water has returned to the rinse tank the heated dryer dries the components in a programmable time. The LeanJet RB-2 parts washer cleans using a patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, Ultrasonics, and heated blow-off drying.

The patented "triple action" batch cleaning process was developed specifically to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages and complex geometries, making this system capable of meeting critical cleaning expectations.

The LeanJet RB-2 parts washer also features the latest Siemens S7-1200 programmable controller and operator interface screen. This controls platform boosts system flexibility for automation integration, process control and data logging while offering an intuitive user interface.

As with all the CTG LeanJet products, customer specific basket designs are available to accommodate larger parts.

LeanJet two basket rotary flood wash, rinse and hot drying machine RB-2

The LeanJet RB-2 immersion cleaning system processes two (2) baskets of parts per cycle, up to twenty (20) baskets per hour. The RB-2 carriage can be easily modified to accommodate much larger parts. Designed to fit into your work cell area or a smaller production environment, the Lean-Jet RB-2 immersion cleaning systems clean using our patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, rotation, hydraulic purging through immersion, and heated blow-off drying. Our patented "triple action" batch cleaning process was developed specifically to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages. In addition, the RB-2 parts washer is designed to be equipped with Ultrasonics if needed. Totally enclosed self-ventilating process - operator is not exposed to vapours or mists found in other cleaning processes.

As a standard design this cell washer processes parts in the industry standard Kadon style basket designed to hold and protect your delicate parts during the entire cleaning process. Our carriage can be modified to accommodate your current baskets or new, custom fixtures. The RB-2 is a scalable platform that can be easily modified to accommodate much larger parts

LeanJet eight basket rotary flood wash, rinse and hot drying machine RB-8

The LeanJet RB-8 immersion cleaning system processes eight (8) baskets of parts per cycle, up to eighty (80) baskets per hour.

The ImmersoJet HC, (High Capacity) parts washer, cleans using our patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, and heated blow-off drying.

Our patented "triple action" batch cleaning process was developed specifically to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages. In addition, the ImmersoJet system is designed to be equipped with Ultrasonics if needed.

Cross contamination or "carryover" of expensive wash solutions is minimized by our unique divert drain system which handles inter-stage solution management. This feature is combined with quick release drain actuators that rapidly discharge contaminant-laden solution to the tanks and away from your clean parts.

As a standard design parts are processed in the industry standard Kadon style basket designed to hold and protect your delicate parts during the entire cleaning process. Our carriage can be modified to accommodate your current baskets or new, custom fixtures.
