Small Parts Coating Systems
Ransohoff's new patented QC (Quadrant Coater) provides exceptional cove
rage and close
tolerance finishes for small and batch coating parts.
A great feature of the QC machine is its ability to coat the smallest and most intricate shaped components especially those within the Aerospace and Automotive industries.
This fully automatic coating machine ensures consistent and repeatable quality finishes through its patented belt loop system.
The QC can be programmed to perform a uniform coating cycle to all surfaces of even
the most complex shaped components while providing a consistent quality finish with
a very high p
ercentage of material utilization.
Another great feature is the savings made on the amount of spray material used compared with other coating processes, making the QC machine a cost effective addition to your coating technology.

Ultrasonic Soldering Equipment
Ultrasonic energy introduced into a dip solder pot eliminates the need for flux while
enhancing many soldering processes. 
It also provides a means to bond solder to a number of materials including aluminium and glass that are difficult or impossible to solder using conventional soldering techniques.
Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics has perfected a technique for introducing ultrasonic energy into dip solder pots and is the exclusive manufacturer of this type of equipment in the world today.
Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics' solder pots are activated by externally mounted transducers which allow large volume multi-part dipping.
The systems' controls are adaptable to automated lines.
