AgiSonic large ultrasonic cleaning tank with powered lift platform

The AgiSonic, is a powerful robust ultrasonic cleaning machine designed for heavy duty parts washing with vertical parts agitation.

Constructed of all stainless steel and available in three standard sizes, each system incorporates an air powered agitation platform that agitates parts with a 150mm stroke up to 15 times per minute.

The AgiSonic parts washer includes automatic filling and liquid makeup (from a customer supplied source), pump and single bag filter, and an overflow weir skimmer and automatic oil removal system, and a lift-off lid.

Ultrasonic time, cleaning tank temperature warm up, filtration and oil removal are all digitally controlled using a friendly touch pad interface.

Completely self-contained and requiring a three phase power supply, the largest machine can accommodate a platform load up to 230kgs.

The AgiSonic parts washer is ideal for automotive, aerospace, medical and general industrial applications. These systems can be found operating in the harshest industrial environment or in a medical clean room.

Max Work Envelope: Up to 1mtr Wide x 760mm Deep x 635mm High

Modular in design, the AgiSonic is well adapted to multi tank ultrasonic cleaning systems where wash, rinse, rust inhibition, and/or drying are needed.

They can be provided with manual transfer rollers or automated workflow if desired.
